Q: How do you make Rx Billiard Glasses without me in the office to take measurements?
A: We ask for a few close up photos (18-20 inches away) to be sent to our email address: [email protected] | We take 100% accurate measurements based on the photos we receive.
- 1 photo with a standard size business card or license ID (hold it horizontally under your nose with no eyewear on) Note: The business card gives us a basic starting point for determining your proper PD, our exclusive software does the rest)
- 2 photos without eyewear
- 1 photo with present eyewear (if you have a pair)
- 1 Photo of You Shooting Billiards (Billiard Players Only | Optional)

Q: I need an Rx, What should I tell the Eye Doctor?
A: Tell your doctor that you need an Rx for distance vision only. If you’re under 40 years old, most likely you won’t have an add power on your Rx. If your over 40 years old then most likely you will have an add power listed on your prescription.
If you under 40 years of age then we can just use the Doctor’s Rx as is, and make you a pair of billiard glasses that will give you a large enough clearance to see the entire table without looking over standard pair of glasses.
If you over 40 years old, then we modify the distance Rx and make it more of an intermediate distance to compensate for both your distance correction and up close.

Q: What colors are the frames?
A: The colors for the 'Original' Series; Solid Black, Silver & Black, Brown, Silver, Satin Gold, Purple, Blue, & Wine.
We offer one color only for each of the 'Pro' Series. Pro Series frame designs/colors are: Match (Color: Navy), Signia (Color: Coffee Brown), Accent (Color: Gold & Black), Lite Twist (Black Shadow)

Q: How many lens shapes do you have?
A: We have 6 lens shapes available; ‘Classic’, ‘Sport’, ‘Cosmo’, 'Angles,' 'Cue Ball', & Diamond.
Q: How to order/pay?
A: Please fill out our Online Form. We will contact you after we receive your form. We have an ecommerce page on our website and accept major credit cards and Paypal. Or, if you would like to place an order/pay by calling our office then that is okay as well.
Q: For each product which options should I choose?
A: The biggest factor and important check off box is ‘Hi-Index’ because of the cost difference for the customer and it shows the lens material that we need to use based on your Rx for the proper lens thickness. We don't want to charge a customer that has a weak Rx for this option if it's not needed. We can walk you through which options to check off by calling or emailing us.
Q: What is your turn-around-time?
